Brad and Kristie Tooley are from Texas and have owned 2 different homes in Santa Rosa Beach. We love the west side of 30a because it is much quieter and peaceful. We love the safety and connectivity of being in a gated area as well.
We have 8 grandkids - 2 sets of twins! Our claim to fame! And they all love the beach. Brad is a retired newspaper publisher and is multi-media business. Kristie is a retired teacher, realtor and counselor. We love God,  traveling , family and friends and would love to host you so you can experience this incredible area, as well!
