Meet & Contact Julee Doiron

Greetings!  I'm Julee and I live in Baton Rouge with my dogs and a cat.  I own and manage rent houses for a living.  I bought this sweet little beach house in August, 2019 and have been busy with lots of renovations and just basic sprucing-up.  I owned and managed a beach condo in Orange Beach for 10 years, but I grew tired of all the requirements and fees that accompany a condo situation.  A house was in order!  I was also concerned about the escalating crowds and traffic in the areas of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. 

I am a dog-lover and I was hoping to buy a place where I could bring my dogs when I go there.  Much to my delight, this area of Ft. Morgan is dog-friendly ... dogs are even permitted on the beach!  Of course, they have to be leashed and well-behaved ....

There's just a calm, residential, welcoming feeling about being on this street - it's like you're talking to neighbors you've known for years.  And even during the busiest times of the season, the beach is far less crowded than those areas with multiple high-rise condos.  It's much more relaxing and definitely more private.  Come see for yourself!!
