Amazing Home w Private Pool and Game Room, Elevator
The main floor features a large living and dining spaces, a serious kitchen, a laundry, a pool bath, plus a King bedroom with a private bath. The middle level has 4 bedrooms (1 King, 3 that each have a pair of Queens), a laundry, and a family room. We also squeezed in 2 twin built-in bunks with curtains that close to offer privacy and an extra full bath. The top floor has 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 with a pair of Queens) and a large game room with a wet bar and half bath.
All 3 levels have gulf front porches. On the main level porch you'll enjoy outdoor dining and seating as well as your private heated pool. Underneath you find swings, a big grill, a long picnic table and more shaded seating and outdoor living space.
Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you'll have 100' of beautiful private beach but be just minutes from Gulf Shores restaurants, shops and attractions. Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25. For Hangout Festival there is a Refundable $1000 security deposit to ensure the house is left as expected.
