Description
First floor has Large Open Living Room with a Huge Graciously Appointed Kitchen, Dining Area, Breakfast Bar with stools & more. Milty's Martini has all of the comforts you'll want. The 1st Floor King Master opens to the Gulf-front Porch and has an Expansive Bath with a shower that includes body sprays and a rainhead. On the main floor you'll also have a laundry room and half bath.
The 2nd Floor has a Family Room and a total of 4 King Bedrooms, each with a Private Bath. There are 3 Beachfront King Bedrooms opening to the Big Beachfront Porch, and a Lagoon-view King Bedroom. Each has a private bath. A second, large laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers completes this level.
The 3rd Floor has its own gathering space plus 2 Spacious Bedrooms, each with a King plus a Twin Bed. Each bedroom has a private bath and an HDTV.
Milty's offers 4 levels of beachfront decks with outdoor seating, dining, lounge chairs and the private heated pool. On the Ground Floor you'll find a Large Covered Area. There is a Wooden Beach Walkover through your Backyard Dunes & Sea Oats for Easy Beach Access. You'll even find an Extra Refrigerator in the ground level foyer so you can keep beverages cold just steps from the beach!
