Rosemary Beach or Alys are a short walk and they have a bank; a Starbucks, a spa that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, a state of the art fitness center with a certified personal trainer and instruction; wine and cheese bar, gourmet restaurants and boutiques.
* Golfers paradise -New Origins course 5 minutes away, or two miles to either Tom Fazio or Greg Norman signature golf courses, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club - 8 miles and the Hombre - 15 minutes, Burnt Pine and Bay Pointe 25 minutes. Tennis at Rosemary Beach.

Top floor has a beautiful master bedroom suite, large bathroom with jetted tub, large closet, room for a crib, and magnificent balcony to watch beautiful Gulf sunsets and views up and down the beach. Another king bedroom and a queen , one with private balcony with views of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest and our private heated pool. Carriage house has own kitchen, washer/dryer, sitting area, 2 beds-queen and double, and private balcony overlooking the gulf and the pool. This is our second home and is furnished accordingly.

The following is a partial list of FREE amenities included with renting this property:
4 Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas, Beach and Pool toys, Beach Towels, Footballs, Frisbees, horseshoes, and many other toys, pack and play and booster seat in home VCR,DVD and CD library ( no need to rent videos) suggested Nanny or baby-sitting services, restaurants, shopping or Spa and work out facilities. A service can have your grocery list purchased for you, or children's/infants equipment on site at time of your arrival.Also 6 bikes are on the property.
Our location is fantastic - between all the amenities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches - Rosemary Beach also has a bank with ATM; a cozy coffee shoppe, Movie Rentals, a spa {Solace Day Spa} that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, including massage therapy, luxurious facials, nails services, and refreshing body treatments, all in a unique tropical setting with trained professionals; and a state of the art, new, fitness center- the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center with top equipment and certified personal training and instruction and programs in yoga, taichi, pilates.
During the summer, 'Camp Rosemary' is great fun for the kids, while the parents can enjoy some much-needed 'alone time'! Pier Park is a new shopping/ entertainment center that is just to the east and has all the shopping you need, and also the BEST movie theatre in north Florida!!

Our home is beach front with a fantastic view. It is not just a "rental house" but a real home.You will see this. We live here much of the year. We have our own private beach walk over. We own the beach in front of our home to the high water mark, e.g. the compacted sand. Trespassers may be asked to move. We have free bikes and 4 chairs and umbrellas set up every just for our guests. Wonderful large room for kids and a great pool, plus a carriage home always included for our guests who want to get away from the rest of the home.
