Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was well prepared with everything we needed and very clean. The location was ideal....2nd floor with a balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean. The beach is right there! Chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning and it was very convenient. No concerns at all with the condo and will consider returning.

We had a party of 8 stay in Unit 212 in Ft Walton from August 12-16. The property was clean, the rooms tidy and the kitchen fully stacked. The rooms were perfect for our party and the AC was just right. It was a real hot week and we never had to touch the AC since the default temperature was just right. The experience was just right. We got our door code and used it as needed with no issues. The proximity to the pool and beach couldn't have been better. When we stepped out to the balcony the pool was right below us. That said, noise was never an issue and the beach was just a short walk away. We really never had any issues with the property. It was perfect and when we return we will request this property again.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to the Emerald Coast and Waters Edge Resort. This beautifully decorated condo is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, and bunk beds in a third room. Also, there is a convenient pullout sleeper sofa in the living area. Two tastefully decorated full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops add to the comfort of your home away from home. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in Stainless Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck.
