Summer Breeze 204 is a second-floor rental unit located 50 yards from the beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. This property accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in a hallway nook, and a queen pull-out sofa. The unit boasts a large private balcony, flat-screen televisions in each room, and a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new cabinets, and granite countertops. 

Guests can enjoy various amenities, including a communal pool, a Hot tub, charcoal grills, and a washer/dryer. Nearby shopping and dining options include Papano Joe's just across the street, Crab Trap, and Surfside Concerts on the beach, just .07 miles east go to Topeka.live for all the wonderful lineups like Moon Crush, too many more to list.

Family attractions such as Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track, and Destin Commons, all to the west and to the east, you have Baytown Warf and Silver Sands factory outlet.
Rental cost includes a $79.00 insurance fee that covers $3,000 of accidental replacements. This is paid straight to the insurance

The rental is professionally managed by Coastal Dream Rentals with 24/7 service, and we adhere to a strict no-smoking, no parties, and no pets policy. Families are welcome, with a minimum rental age of 25 years.
