This condo is very open, clean and airy! The kitchen is huge and well stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing ! All 4 televisions in the unit worked easily without having to press a hundred buttons to turn them on. Best of all this condo is on the 4th floor directly overlooking the beautiful pool and ocean! The furniture on the balcony was perfect. There was a nice high top table with 4 chairs as well as 2 chairs each with an ottoman off to the side, plus a nice side table between the 2 chairs. We were blessed with great weather for almost the entire week and spent most of our time on the beach. This condo also included 2 beach service chairs and an umbrella which was a nice treat!! Vinnie was awesome to deal with and his "welcome package " which we received well in advance of our stay contained all the codes and everything we needed to know to make our arrival and departure flawless. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again next year!

Our 3 generation family stayed at this beautiful condo and found it to be great. Even though we usually rent a 3 bedroom, the extra or bonus media room was perfect for my grandson. The unit comes with everything we needed to cook daily. The pool is very large and I would imagine one of the best in Perdido Key. Also, having garage parking for one of our cars was nice. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about our stay. This condo was absolutely perfect and we loved that the elevator from the garage dropped us right off at our front door so no lugging stuff down long halls. The beach service provided was perfect and very appreciated as there was much less stuff for us to bring down. The view from the condo of the pools and beach was perfect and we loved sitting outside on the balcony to eat or just relax. Our 12 year old son was very impressed with the large TV in the living room as well as the remote for the drapes and we loved the comfortable beds and TV's in each room as well as the large kitchen. This was our first time to Perdido Key and we loved it and will definitely rent from Vincent again as this was one of the nicest condo rentals we've done and we've rented a lot! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We just returned from visiting Perdido Key for our first time and for sure plan to return. This condo was perfect for our family of 6. There were so many amenities that made our stay very pleasurable i don’t know where to begin. The condo was very, very nice and the elevator opening right at the front door was a definite plus! Even something as little as the trash chute being right outside the hall was appreciated. We would highly recommend this condo and the nearby area!

This is one of the best condition condos I have every stayed in, its fully equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment, linen towels etc. 4 nice televisions I was even able to use my NetFlix, Hulu, etc. It came with Beach Services, Pool is great, the perfect stay

This 4th floor condo is available for 7 Day Saturday to Saturday Rentals ONLY. The sought after larger 2 BR 2BA unit at Indigo with an additional den off of the kitchen is right under 1400 sq. ft. Enter the unit into your own private foyer upon exiting the elevator. It can accommodate up to 8 people with a King in the master, a Queen in Bedroom 2, a sofa sleeper in the living room and another one in the den. Granite countertops adorn both the kitchen and the 2 full bathrooms. Carpet is in the living room and bedrooms. The unit boasts a 65" Smart tv in the living room, 5.1 Surround Sound and high speed internet (100 mg). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home.
Free Seasonal Beach Service is included with this unit. From its balcony, Unit 404E overlooks the pool and the white sandy beach and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Amenities Galore are offered to all guests staying at the Indigo property in Perdido Key.
The 6,000 sq ft pool is surrounded by palm trees and includes a gazebo for those guests who would like to relax in the shade for a bit. Children will enjoy playing with the fountains in the zero entry pool area and a 13-person hot tub awaits you for those days when you want to unwind. An additional circular pool is heated in the winter months.
Gather with your friends in the common area and grill your favorites on the community charcoal grill or big green egg.
Start your days in the Fitness Center which is equipped with top-of-the-line Precor cardio equipment, a four-station TuffStuff weight machine, free weights and weight benches. Also available are 2 tennis courts. You also have use of the sauna and steam rooms in the west tower.
A social room with a fully equipped kitchen and table, chairs and a bar is available for your larger gatherings. You can also reserve the 12 seat theater for your group to watch a movie of your choice.
Indigo has a 7 night minimum rental and does not allow non-owner pets on Property.
Indigo is a no-smoking property, except in the designated smoking areas.
Smoking is not allowed in any other areas of the property, including the beach,
grassy areas, pools, balconies, indoor areas, parking lots, etc.
